The hotel has a direct access to the beach and a free parking. All rooms have balcony and are comfortable, although only few rooms have sea front view. The personnel is very kind and welcoming. Worth for money
Hotel with an enviable position but undervalued by the management which is not very present and not very attentive. Highly insufficient cleaning of the rooms and embarrassing cleaning of the dining room. Breakfast is also a sore point: you can't help but have freshly made coffee and homemade desserts!! Absent Romagna heat. Very quick waiters and chef with a good hand.
We spent 10 days at this property, aesthetically very beautiful hotel. A large pool and a hot tub. In front of the beach, ideal for children because you don't even have to cross the road. The partner beach is located in front of the hotel and has all the services such as games, toilets and bars.
The only negative note was that the dining room was really too full, we couldn't move. The tables are all pushed together.
What about animation? They are 2 wonderful boys and they really took my children Alice and Enea to their hearts. Congratulations to Carlotta for the determination and passion she transmits in everything she does!
Positive notes: the location of the hotel, chef, swimming pool!
Negative notes: breakfast with non-quality products, highly insufficient cleanliness in the rooms (hair and dust) and dining room (the hotel manager justified herself by saying that the cleaning staff is young), Romagna is not present in this hotel... too bad! It wouldn't take much to make it an excellent hotel!!!
This year too we spent wonderful holidays at the Hotel Capanni.... excellent hospitality and service! We also had the pleasure of meeting Francesco, a new waiter, who immediately struck us with his friendliness, professionalism and availability.... We hope to find him again next year! And what can we say about Carlotta and Luca, the two animators who knew how to entertain adults and children: cheerful, empathetic, feisty and 100% engaging. It was an unforgettable holiday, absolutely worth repeating!
We have just spent 6 days at the Capanni hotel. It's wonderful, the food is great, but above all they are very helpful. The entertainers, Luca and Carlotta, know how to involve children, teenagers and adults very well with various games, tournaments and activities in the pool. I can't wait to go back, I already miss it.
We just spent 1 week at this hotel.. it was our first time there! What can I say... we had a good time... the location on the sea is definitely a plus, as it is very convenient if you have children. Fundamental for my daughter Carlotta and Elettra, the entertainers who patiently and cheerfully entertained her at every moment of the day! Our waiter very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back next year!

It is the fifth year that I have stayed at the Capanni hotel and I spent the first 2 weeks of July with my daughter and my mother. Splendid hotel that guarantees professionalism and kindness.
My compliments to all the Staff, it is a machine that works perfectly.
